At Astra Backflow, we stand behind the quality of our products and aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that issues can sometimes arise. If you need to request a return or refund, please read our policy carefully and follow the outlined process.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product must not be damaged due to improper handling, installation, or misuse.
The return or refund request must be tied to a legitimate product defect, shipping error, or fulfillment issue.
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
Products that have been installed or used
Buyer’s remorse or ordering errors
Claims submitted after the 30-day window
How to Submit a Return or Refund Request
All requests must be submitted through our Return & Refund Request Form. This allows us to process claims efficiently and verify legitimacy. Once your request is reviewed, a member of our team will follow up within 3–5 business days with next steps.
Please be prepared to provide:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product (if applicable)
Approved Returns
If your request is approved:
You will receive return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an Astra Backflow error.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
