What is Backflow
Backflow is the unwanted reversal of flow of non-potable water or other substances into a consumers potabel water system. This can contaminate the water we drink, cook with, and bathe in. This typically occurs when there is a drop in water pressure, causing contaminated water, chemicals, or other hazardous substances to flow back into the clean water supply.
